Pete L Matthews

name Pete's first experience with guinea pigs came when he was 8 years old, when his friend invited him round to see his new pet cavies. He instantly fell in love with them, and began visiting his friend's house as regularly as he could to spend time with them.

After continuously bothering his parents, they eventually let him have two of his own guinea pigs. Pete would spend hours holding and grooming them, and even put up with the not-so-pleasant task of helping clean out their cage! In the years since, he's owned numerous guinea pigs, and still counts them as his favourite pet.

During his years of ownership, Pete has bought dozens of books, visited hundreds of websites, and spoken to countless other owners about their pets. As a result, he's picked up a massive amount of knowledge about how to care for guinea pigs, which he enjoys sharing through his website.

You can find his website at www.GuineaPigCorner.com. It contains tons of useful hints and tips for guinea pig owners, to help them make their pets' life more enjoyable. You can also get in contact with Pete, to share your own tips or just to chat about your pets.
